Do I have to register to see prices?
No. Prices, photos, beds, baths, square footage, and status are all visible without an account. Registering inside the panel only adds saved searches and email alerts.
Can I search a city that is not on the list?
Yes. Use the search box inside the panel and type any city or ZIP. The chips above are shortcuts to the eight cities Mike works most, not a limit on the search.
Why do some homes show as sold?
Recently Sold is its own view, because what closed nearby is the number that sets your price. It is the most useful tab on this page if you are the one selling.
