What That Actually Means

## Three things that change when one person does the whole job.

This is not a boast about size. It is a description of how the work runs.

### The person who tours is the person who negotiates

At a larger shop, the agent who shows you houses often is not the one writing your offer. Here there is only one person, so nothing is lost between them.

### You are not routed

One phone number, answered by the person whose name is on the license. Clients mention the response time more than anything else in their reviews.

### Nothing gets handed off at closing

The inspection response, the appraisal, the lender chase, and the final walkthrough are all the same person who took your first call.

The Record

## Twenty-two years of it, before the license.

Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego straight out of high school. Amphibious Assault Vehicles at Camp Pendleton. Camp Lejeune with Mediterranean deployments in 2003 and 2005. Iraq in 2006. Recruiting duty in Poughkeepsie, New York. Multiple tours in Okinawa, and a final posting back at Camp Pendleton.

He retired as a Master Sergeant in September 2022. He is licensed in Texas, number 0797145, and works under Compass RE Texas, LLC.

> Execute with precision. Lead with accountability. Deliver results.

The full story, including why recruiting duty is the part that explains the second career, is on [the about page](https://liveinburlesontx.com/about).

“

He introduced himself with, I know why your house didn't sell.

He didn't tiptoe around the issues. He gave us straightforward, actionable advice and didn't shy away from any challenge. He even said, you probably have other agents, but I'm your only veteran. Our home sold in nine days.
